Hello, my name is Amy Osborn and I am the founder of Genuine Nannies. I specialize in personal nanny recruitment for the communities within the South Bay area. My company was created to help families find quality childcare with the piece of mind that their children will be in the best possible hands.  

As a professional nanny for 8 years myself, I understand the complexities of retaining quality in-home child care. The experience was rewarding and gratifying to say the least. Although nothing could have prepared me for my most rewarding job of all, motherhood! Becoming a mother has brought me full circle, and inspired me to bring my vision for a "genuine" nanny recruitment service into fruition.  

Every parent needing childcare knows how important finding the perfect person is.  This is why I take the time to find the right candidate for every family.  I personally hand pick my nannies through a systematic screening process that no other agency can match.  I baste my work not on the quantity, but on the quality of each placement.  That is why I work exclusively with referrals within the community.  It is standard procedure for me to visit each families home personally to assess their individual needs and get a feeling for their family atmosphere.  

My experience as a nanny has given me the sensitivity and insight that is needed in order to facilitate the perfect marriage between nanny and client.  No agency can replace intuition,that is why I will be there every step of the way!  Being a mother has given me one of my greatest gift of all.  A true understanding of a parents needs.
