Genuine Nannies has an exclusive approach to finding you a nanny. I personally come to your house to meet your family. This helps me to see the dynamic of each unique household and place the most appropriate nanny in your home.  There is no better way to do this than face to face.

All of my nannies and babysitters are at least 18 years of age, educated; have a minimum of two years childcare experience, have a reliable, safe vehicle, with valid insurance and clean drivers licenses and are legal citizens of the United States. All nannies and babysitters are CPR and First Aid certified.

Each nanny and babysitter is interviewed extensively through multiple exchanges, including a phone interview and a two-hour, in-person interview. Genuine Nannies screens each candidate by checking all references submitted.  Stringent background checks include a criminal investigation, social security verification, address history, sex offender check, and driving record check.  Additional background checks may be requested.

Exclusive to Genuine Nannies is an additional three step analysis that will ensure your nanny is thoroughly qualified and placed.  All nannies are subject to a Personality Assessment, an On The Job Ethics Agreement, and an Expectations Debriefing to ensure a seamless transition.  Furthermore each family has the option to participate in a quarterly Nanny/Family Survey.  The survey is an opportunity to open the lines of communication and encourage healthy feedback and discussions.  In turn, all practices will ensure the success and longevity of the relationship.
