When a client decides to employ a referred candidate, following a search or at any unspecified future date, a one time referral fee will be due to the agency.  The amount of the fee will depend on the nature and duration of the employment arrangement.  The referral fee due to the agency will be determined according to the schedule:

A one time deposit of $200 is due once the application is signed and received for a permanent nanny referral.  The deposit will begin your search and be deducted from the total cost of the nanny referral fee.  The remainder of the referral fee is due following the working interview when you have decided to hire your candidate. Short term notice may include an additional charge for services rendered .

All permanent hire nannies are guaranteed for 90 days at the start of the contract. If a client needs a replacement nanny within that time period, one replacement nanny of your choice will be referred for the duration of the contract.
