About the Family
This first-time family in Cow Hollow is excited to welcome a long-term nanny to care for their baby girl, who was born in mid-October. They are loving, thoughtful new parents who value trust, communication, and partnership, and are looking for someone who can grow with their family over time. After struggling to find the right fit through personal referrals, they were introduced to Genuine Nannies and are ready to move quickly to find a nanny they can truly rely on.
They live in a three-bedroom condo in Cow Hollow. Mom works from a separate home office with a predictable early schedule, while Dad works full-time outside the home with a more dynamic travel calendar. Because Mom is home during the day, they are looking for a nanny who feels comfortable working alongside a parent, communicating openly, and creating a smooth daily rhythm together. The home environment is warm, calm, and supportive, and they are eager to welcome someone who genuinely loves caring for infants and enjoys collaborating with new parents.
The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, totaling forty-five hours per week. Occasional flexibility for added coverage during work travel is appreciated, and overtime can be paid in cash.
The start date is mid-February, with February 23 as the ideal first day.

Childcare Responsibilities
• Provide loving, attentive care for an infant
• Support feeding, nap, and daily routines
• Engage in age-appropriate developmental play
• Track milestones and routines digitally
• Identify and suggest enrichment opportunities such as playgroups and music classes
• Communicate daily updates and observations with parents
Household Responsibilities
• Bottle preparation and cleaning
• Baby laundry and wardrobe organization
• Diaper bag preparation and restocking
• Baby-related organization and supply tracking
• Prepare simple meals for the child once solids are introduced
To ensure the success of our nanny position, we have established the following requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of recent, professional experience in childcare.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Impressive references from past employers, demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and exceptional childcare skills.
Willingness to undergo two background checks, namely Trustline and Nanny Verify, ensuring the safety and security of our children.
Valid U.S. citizenship or work authorization.
Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
CPR certification (if applicable).
Current vaccinations, including flu, Tdap, and proof of Covid-19 vaccination and boosters.
