We want to make the entire process of finding a nanny easy and transparent and that includes our pricing! Once you pay our $450 deposit, we immediately start your search! Your deposit is deducted from the search package of your choice.
We stand by our matches, period. We ensure your candidate is matched, vetted and on-boarded plus you have the peace of mind knowing you have a replacement guarantee period so that if it's not the right match, we go back to work for you.
Our Executive Search package offers a full 12-month replacement guarantee for your nanny placement. That means if your nanny doesn’t work out for any reason during the first 12 months, we’ll start a new nanny search for you free of charge.
Our Flat Fee Search package offers the first 3 months as your guarantee period, with a prorated discount beyond those first 3 months.
Being aligned with your best interest at heart, we are able to sit on the same side of the table as you (or on the floor with the kiddos!) to design the search around our experience in the field and your family's individual criteria.

Deposit For All Searches: $450 (Our deposit retainer is deducted from the remainder of your search fee.
Full-Time, Live-In & Nanny Share Placements: 17% of the candidate’s first-year salary
Flat Rate Nanny Search: $10,950 flat fee
Part-Time Nanny Search: 25% of the candidate’s first-year salary
Temporary Nanny Placement: 35% of the candidate’s total compensation
Sitter & Doula Referral: $450 per candidate
