Meet Our Rose Family!
Welcome to our easygoing Rose family! They reside in the vibrant neighborhoods of SOMA, near Hayes Valley with easy access to Bart & Muni lines so no need for your own car. The candidate will need a Divers License and a clean driving record as well as the ability to navigate the city through public transportation.
This role begins as a part-time commitment for the first year of care. Beyond that we may only need 12 hours per weekend once our son enters a preschool program.
They are looking for a collaborative partnership with a nanny who values open communication and a warm nurturing environment. Their son is full of energy and excited to explore his surroundings with a caregiver who can coordinate a fun day with healthy snacks, outdoor adventures, structured play, rest time and plenty of love!
Qualifications:
Experience with the toddler ages, demonstrating a deep understanding of and support for their developmental milestones.
A genuine passion for working with children, exemplifying warmth and dedication in every interaction.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively multitask.
Excellent communication skills, fostering open and positive dialogue with us, the parents.
Adaptability to accommodate the evolving needs and routines of our family.
Previous experience providing family assistance is highly valued.
Seeking a long-term position with a commitment of 1-5 years.
To ensure the success of our nanny position, we have established the following requirements:
A minimum of 3-5 years of recent, professional experience in a nanny role.
Strong English communication skills, facilitating clear and effective communication.
Impressive references from past employers, highlighting your professionalism and exceptional caregiving abilities.
Willingness to undergo two background checks: Trustline and Nanny Verify, ensuring the safety and security of our family.
Valid U.S. citizenship or work authorization.
Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
CPR certification (if applicable).
Current vaccinations, including flu, Tdap, and proof of Covid-19 vaccination and boosters.
