THEIR GENUINE NANNY

Meet Our Tulip Family!

Our lovely Tulip family is located in Ross Ca. They are looking for a full-time nanny to join their growing family. They have a 4.5-year-old, a 2.5-year-old, and a new baby arriving in November. They are looking for a forever nanny to join their family for the next several years.

They are looking for an energetic, flexible, and engaging candidate who is ready to dive in and take charge! Dad travels for work quite a bit so that is where flexibility comes in handy. Their 4.5 and 2.5 year old are bubbling with energy and with a new baby on the way they are looking for a candidate who is up for the challenge!

This position also requires a candidate who can help maintain daily routines and keep the household running smoothly. Their two children go to school in the fall from 9:00 am-1:00 pm so they can offer a lighter day until the new baby is born in November. The nanny would be responsible for getting them to school once the third baby comes and then picking them up after school, as well as helping with baby number 3! They have a family car available and don’t require travel. Just flexibility throughout the weekdays when Dad is traveling.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a nurturing and positive environment for our children, encouraging their development through outdoor activities, creative play, and interactive imagination.

  • Manage the children's daily schedule, including school drop-offs and pick-ups, ensuring they are punctual and well-prepared.

  • Maintain open and thoughtful communication with the parents, keeping them informed about the children's activities, milestones, and any important updates.

  • Assist with light organization and tidying of the children's surroundings, while acknowledging that deep cleaning and meal preparation are taken care of by additional help.

  • Establish and maintain good boundaries with the children, fostering a nurturing and loving atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience working with infants as well as toddlers and young school-age children.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively, ensuring a smooth daily routine.

  • Excellent communication skills, enabling clear and open dialogue with children and parents.

  • Flexibility to adapt to the family's needs and routines, catering to their unique requirements and preferences.

  • Desire for a long-term commitment, with a willingness to stay with the family for at least 1-3+ years.

To ensure the success of our nanny position, we have established the following requirements:

  1. A minimum of 3-5 years of recent, professional experience in childcare.

  2. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.

  3. Impressive references from past employers, demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and exceptional childcare skills.

  4. Willingness to undergo two background checks, namely Trustline and Nanny Verify, ensuring the safety and security of our children.

  5. Valid U.S. citizenship or work authorization.

  6. Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  7. CPR certification (if applicable).

  8. Current vaccinations, including flu, Tdap, and proof of Covid-19 vaccination and boosters.
