THEIR GENUINE NANNY
Meet Our Sunflower Family!
About the Family
This welcoming San Francisco family is seeking a dedicated Family Assistant to support their lively household in West Portal. They are parents to 13-year-old triplets, two boys and a girl, who are bright, capable, and overall easygoing. The children attend school nearby and have grown up with the same nanny since they were babies, so this next hire is a meaningful transition for the family. Both parents work full-time and have occasional travel, so reliability and steady presence in the afternoons and evenings are especially important. Their home is warm and busy, anchored by a beloved large dog who is very much part of the family. They value kindness, structure, and shared responsibility, and are looking for someone who will help guide their children toward independence while keeping the household running smoothly.
Their Ideal Candidate
Their ideal Family Assistant is organized, proactive, and confident, working with older school-aged children. This person naturally helps children learn to do things for themselves rather than doing everything for them. They bring a calm and steady presence, communicate clearly, and enjoy supporting a household rhythm that includes cooking, organization, and shared routines. They are comfortable managing afternoon schedules, helping with homework, and keeping screen time balanced. Overnights are occasionally needed when parents travel, so flexibility and dependability are key. A love for dogs and comfort in a busy family environment is important. This role is well-suited for someone seeking a long-term position with a family that values consistency, respect, and partnership.
