MEET NANNY: NICOLE
Full-Time - East Bay & San Francisco
Hello, my name is Nicole! I am a preschool teacher/nanny living in the East Bay. I have 15 ECE units in my bachelor's degree in psychology. I have been working in early childhood education for the last 8 years. My job experiences have ranged from working in daycares to preschools to private households. I worked with children ages 3 months to 10 years old. I am very passionate about child development, especially social-emotional growth and creative learning through art. I studied Reggio Emilia, Maria Montessori, and the Waldorf philosophies in school. I value and really like each philosophy so I try to integrate that into my teaching. I am very nurturing and motherly and do not have children of my own so I like being able to express that part of myself in my work. On a lighter note, in my spare time, I enjoy doing hot yoga, running, hiking, reading, and just hanging out with my friends and having girl time!
